Welcome to Fronalchen Caravan Park.
Situated in picturesque southern Snowdonia a small family run site forming part of a working farm, near the historical blast furnace and Quakers trail at the foot of torrent walk. Just off the main A470 and A494.

Glorious views of Dolgellau the old market town of Merioneth can be seen down the valley, with Cader Idris in the distance and the river Wnion just a stone's throw away! Therefore making it the ideal site for walkers, cyclists and fishermen or anyone that would like peace and tranquillity to enjoy the countryside; yet only 1.5 mile from all facilities. There is a petrol station, shop and cafe within a 5 minute walk.

Fronalchen Caravan Park offers the ideal haven for campers, tents, trailer tents, tourers, mobile homes and static caravans for sale or to hire, with campfires allowed on the river bank.

Showers are available free of charge at the toilet block; the site is serviced by mains water and electricity; bottled calor gas is available for sale on site. Electric hook ups are available by prior arrangement.

We also offer winter storage for tourers. We can also offer an ideal location for scout camps off the main site on adjoining farmland. Rallies can also be catered for on an adjoining field.

As the site is surrounded by farmland and dogs on leads are welcomed.
