Operated and maintained by the owners for that personal " hands on " approach and added security . The owners always try to strike a balance , preventing the park from becoming too commercialised and clinical , whilst always maintaining high standards. For example , theres no " ten year rule " with regards to the age of Static Caravans . As long as they are kept up together and in good condition , they are welcome to remain on the park.
