Ogwen Bank Caravan Park

Set amidst 12 acres of glorious woodland, Ogwen Bank Caravan Park and Country Club offers everything required for both tranquil and action-filled holiday in breath-taking Snowdonia.

The Ogwen is a delightful river, spilling down the mountains of Snowdonia, in parts rushing by, in others quiet stretches and deep pools.

We now offer a selection of two and three bedroom pine lodges which are substantially larger than the caravan homes and benefit from superior levels of equipment. All lodges have full central heating and double glazing throughout.

The Ogwen is a delightful river, spilling down the mountains of Snowdonia, in parts rushing by, in others quiet stretches and deep pools. Noted for salmon and sea trout, fishing is available in the river but not on the Park (please ask at reception about permits or licences).

The whole area is well known for activity based holidays and this Park in particular. The natural beauty of the Snowdonia National Park (840 square miles of varied countryside) is hard to surpass anywhere and beckons to be explored.

Deep in the heart of the park is the Olde Worlde Country Club, the former hunting lodge to Penrhyn Castle. Complete with log fire and an excellent licensed bar, the Club provides the perfect atmosphere in which to relax after exploring the wilds of Snowdonia.

Bar meals are served day and evening. Also take away is available during most of the holiday season, there is a separate bar for children serving soft drinks and coffee.

Entertainment includes live music, pool tables, video games and satellite television. Ogwen Bank Caravan Park and Country Club is the ideal place for relaxing, fun-packed holidays. There is no better area in Britain than Snowdonia for all kinds of walking. There are nature trails up to the more difficult mountain walk - Snowdon has six well known tracks - but be prepared! Those wishing to take the more leisurely route up can enjoy a different perspective of the mountain from the unique Snowdon Mountain Railway with breathtaking views.
